Northwest Counsel is a team of licensed counselors serving Puyallup, Tacoma, and Federal Way. Someone looking for a therapist is usually browsing quietly at a hard moment, and what they most want to know is who they'd be sitting across from.
The site is built around that. Each counselor has a profile with their background and specialties, services are laid out plainly, and intake forms collect what the practice needs while keeping the process private and low-pressure. Since launch I've handled hosting and maintenance, so updates happen when the practice asks — new counselors, changed services, open positions — without anyone there learning a content management system.
- Counselor profiles — credentials, specialties, and approach for each member of the team, so clients can choose someone who fits rather than taking whoever's available.
- Service listings — individual, marriage, and family counseling, each explained clearly.
- Employment listings — open counselor and administrative roles, posted and removed as the practice hires.
- Ongoing hosting and maintenance — the site is kept current, secure, and backed up as part of an ongoing service, not handed over and forgotten.
